Sales Agreement

2. Purpose

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of digital and physical products, including fitness and nutrition plans, exclusive digital content such as videos, images, and physical materials (collectively "Products"), provided by IDMANIFY LLC to the BUYER through the SELLER's website, in compliance with applicable U.S. laws. By purchasing, the BUYER agrees to the terms herein.

3. Product Information

Details, pricing, and payment options for all purchased Products are available on the order confirmation page and the invoice sent to the BUYER via email.

4. Modifications and Updates

IDMANIFY LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any Product or feature on its website at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Any changes in pricing or product features for Products already purchased will not affect completed transactions. The BUYER is responsible for staying informed of these modifications by reviewing updates to the website or policy changes communicated via email.

5. Data Privacy

The SELLER respects the BUYER’s privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. Personal information collected during purchases, including name, address, email, and payment details, will only be used for transaction and order processing, unless further consent is provided by the BUYER. The SELLER will not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law.

6. Payment Terms and Refunds

The total price, inclusive of any applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout. Payment can be made through accepted methods, including credit card, PayPal, or other options made available. Due to the digital nature of the Products, refunds are generally not available after content is accessed or physical items are shipped, except as required by law.

7. Delivery and Access

For digital Products, delivery is electronic and immediate upon purchase confirmation, accessible via the BUYER’s account. For physical Products, delivery will occur to the address provided by the BUYER, and estimated delivery times will be communicated upon order placement.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

All sales for digital content, including exclusive videos, images, and personalized fitness and nutrition plans, are final upon delivery, with no right of withdrawal. Physical items may be eligible for return or refund if they arrive damaged or defective, subject to review and approval by IDMANIFY LLC.

9. Limited Warranty and Technical Support

The SELLER warrants that the Products will function as described upon purchase. Free technical support is available for 30 days post-purchase to resolve any issues. Extended technical support may be available for purchase, subject to current policies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by IDMANIFY LLC, including digital and physical materials, is protected by intellectual property law. The BUYER is granted a non-transferable license for personal use of the digital content purchased. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without explicit permission from IDMANIFY LLC is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

IDMANIFY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Products, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. The SELLER’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product in question.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

13. Entire Agreement and Amendments

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sale of Products. IDMANIFY LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website and services after any such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the new terms by the BUYER.
