3. Digital Products and Exclusive Content:

Due to the nature of digital goods, including custom fitness and nutrition plans, exclusive videos, images, and downloadable content, all digital purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Refunds are only possible if access has not yet been granted, or if there is a proven technical issue preventing access that cannot be resolved by our support team.

4. Shipping Costs:

The cost of returning physical products shall be borne by the BUYER, unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of IDMANIFY LLC. The BUYER is responsible for ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

5. Delivery Timeframes:

Physical products will be shipped to the address specified by the BUYER and are typically delivered within 30 days unless otherwise stated. If there is an unexpected delay, IDMANIFY LLC will inform the BUYER, who has the right to cancel the order if the delivery time exceeds 30 days.

6. Payment and Default:

7. Inspection of Physical Products:

The BUYER must inspect all physical items upon delivery for visible signs of damage. If a product arrives with visible damage, the BUYER should refuse delivery and notify IDMANIFY LLC immediately. Once accepted, the product will be considered undamaged and in full compliance with the order.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products:

BUYERS may withdraw from the purchase of a physical product within 14 days of delivery by contacting IDMANIFY LLC. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Digital content and personalized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal once accessed or customized according to BUYER specifications.

9. Conditions for Digital Content:

All sales for digital content, including fitness programs, exclusive videos, and other downloadable items, are final upon delivery. No refunds or returns will be issued after the BUYER gains access to the content, except in the case of technical issues that IDMANIFY LLC is unable to resolve.

10. Refund Processing:

If eligible for a refund, IDMANIFY LLC will process the refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned product in acceptable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

11. Non-Returnable Items:

Products customized or tailored to the BUYER's personal needs, digital goods downloaded or accessed, and any items that, by nature, cannot be returned (such as opened software, personal care products, and consumables) are not eligible for return.
